In a continuing effort to better serve our customers, Pine River State Bank has five fully-staffed locations for your convenience in Pine River, Pillager, Emily, Breezy Point, and Nowthen. Our knowledgeable staff is ready to assist you with your banking needs and to answer any questions you may have.

Pine River

Birthplace of the Paul Bunyan Trail, Pine River was established in the latter 1800s as a logging and fur trading center. The city rests on the shores of picturesque Norway Brook which empties into the Pine River, the city’s namesake. With five highways merging at the city, Pine River has developed a strong, year-round climate for economic growth. Pillager

Located ten miles west of Brainerd just off Highway 210, Pillager, known as the Gateway to the Pillsbury State Forest, boasts a rich and varied history. The outdoor enthusiast will appreciate all that the Pillager area has to offer. Whether you're stalking that trophy walleye, camping, or visiting the local shops, Pillager offers something to satisfy everyone's tastes and provides a heartfelt welcome that draws visitors back to the city time and again.

Emily

Emily is located on Minnesota Scenic Highway 6 in the pine and hardwood forest region of north central Minnesota. Surrounded by dozens of lakes, pasttimes such as canoeing, boating, water skiing, swimming, snowmobiling, and ice fishing are avidly pursued as is a round of golf at one of three golf courses located in the Emily area. Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast or prefer to occupy your time indoors, everyone will enjoy this unique, growing city honed from the heart of the forest.

Breezy Point

Breezy Point is a thriving community located along the westerly shore of Pelican Lake at the intersection of County Road 4 and County Road 11. Originally the home of Breezy Point Resort, the city of Breezy Point is growing at an impressive rate. Breezy Point boasts a friendly, small-town atmosphere. It’s impossible not to feel at home whether you are a year-round resident or one of the tens of thousands of tourists who make the yearly pilgrimage to this sparking jewel in the heart of the North Country. We are located two miles west of the Breezy Point gate on Highway 11, across from the Eagle View Elementary School.

Nowthen

Nowthen is the home of the well known Threshing Show. The city rests between Oak Grove, Ramsey, St. Francis, and Elk River on County Road #22 (Viking Blvd.). Nowthen is one of the last remaining "small towns" in the metro area where you can still see a horse or a farm combine.
